Clean Chilli Recipe

Yield: 6

Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • (optional) 1 can Sliced Mushrooms
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Basil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • (optional) Spicy Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the turkey in a skillet. Season with garlic and chilli powder.
  2. Once browned, add in tomato, well rinsed black beans and tomato paste.
  3. Add spices to taste.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes
